We focus our efforts on providing an outstanding level of service and believe in developing strong relationships with our broker and lender clients.

Our national team of experienced valuers is located throughout the country and is supported by a highly professional and dedicated head office team.  We understand that speed of service is important to our clients and our team will keep you informed of progress throughout the whole process and ensure you receive your report in a timely and professional manner.  We will ensure the level of service you receive really is second to none without compromising on quality.

  • Chief Executive

  • Steve has 30 years experience as a surveyor in the valuation industry. Prior to setting up Aztec Property Valuers he was Managing Director of Wolton Chartered Surveyors, a division of the SpicerHaart Group, where he managed a team of 300 including 160 surveyors carrying out both commercial and residential valuations as well as property management. Before joining Wolton Steve was at Countrywide Surveyors for 11 years as Regional Director for London and the South East. In that post he managed a team of 125 surveyors including commercial, residential and social housing valuers as well as building surveyors. Earlier in his career he worked as a partner in a private general practice in London.

  • Gill Hall

  • Managing Director

  • Gill has worked in the mortgage and valuation industries for over 25 years. She spent 19 years with Bristol & West / Bank of Ireland Group where she managed a number of mortgage departments including arrears and litigation, repossessions, mortgage completions and new business. Gill also has very extensive property underwriting experience from this period of her career. During her last three years with BOI she managed the valuation panel for the group in the UK. Gill then went on to Allied Surveyors for two years as Business Development Director for both their residential and commercial businesses. She was then Commercial Sales and Marketing Director for Wolton Commercial.

  • Richard Stevens BSc MRICS

  • Richard graduated in Estate Management and then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988. He has wide ranging experience in a property company, commercial and residential agency and valuation practices including Lloyds Bank, Marley and Bradford & Bingley. Richard’s experience is in conducting valuations of both commercial and residential property for secured lending including development appraisals, business valuations, and repossessions. Richard provides report audit services and oversees all aspects of technical support.

  • Michelle Greenlee

  • Operations Director

  • Michelle has been involved in the valuation industry for over 20 years working for 15 years with the Bradford and Bingley Group (BBG Surveyors) where she held a variety of management positions including – Valuation Project Manager, Central Typing Unit Manager, Client Relationship Manager and Head Office Manager.  Michelle left BBG to join a regional firm of surveyors as Business Development Manager and managed a team of 20 valuers and 10 support staff.  Michelle now runs the office for Aztec Property Valuers and supports a team of nearly 30 valuers.

  • Jo spent a number of years working in private health care before joining a national surveying company. She has over 10 years experience working with surveyors for both national and local companies. Jo is a vital member of the Head Office team providing exceptionally high levels of customer service. Jo provides administrative support to our large team of valuers and also assists our clients.
